Jeff Kline       President and Founder - Jeff Kline

Jeff Kline has over twenty years of progressive management experience in the computer industry. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Systems Management. His written works pertaining to innovative testing stategies for Internet-based systems have been published in graduate-level text books.

Jeff has extensive hands-on project management experience and has provided leadership in all e-IEP PRO system implementations within Arizona and elsewhere.

Prior to working with MediaNet Solutions, Inc., Jeff served as the Information Technology (IT) Director for a federal contractor which employed over 400 staff with earnings of ~$100 million per year. As the IT Director, Jeff managed IT professionals in meeting the technology needs of the company as well as several federal government customers that included the U.S. Department of Education. 		     
Chris Rennie       Vice President of Customer Care - Chris Rennie

Chris Rennie has fourteen years of experience in the computer industry. As Vice President of Customer Care, Chris is responsible for overseeing the User Support activities and providing account management services to the company's wide array of customers located in Arizona, California and Washington, DC.

Chris has been with MediaNet Solutions, Inc. since the company first started serving schools in Arizona in 2001.

In addition to his experience providing direct client-support to customers, Chris also has strong technical programming experience in HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and Visual InterDev and database administration experience with SQL 2005/2008. He holds a Bachelor's in International Business/Global Economics from Cedarville University. 		     
Lesley Mohn       Training Team Lead - Lesley Mohn

Lesley Mohn served as a special education teacher in the Fountain Hills Unified School District (FHUSD) for seven years and has the unique perspective of both using the e-IEP PRO for two years as a teacher at FHUSD and in serving as the Training Team Lead for MediaNet Solutions, Inc. for over eight years.

Lesley has been instrumental in the requirements development of e-IEP PRO from Version 1.0 to our current version. Additionally, she has designed the curriculum for the e-IEP PRO Certified Training Programs (and other related trainings) and has served in the lead role in developing our on-site curriculum(s).

Lesley holds a Masters in Education where she graduated Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University, as well as, maintains numerous special education-related licenses and certifications. 		     
Glenn Hoover       User Support Lead - Glenn Hoover

Glenn Hoover has over fifteen years of experience supporting end-users in a technology setting. In addition to being an expert in the e-IEP PRO, Glenn has extensive technical skills in the areas of computer network design and computer hardware support.

Glenn has worked as an e-IEP PRO User Support representative for the last five years and assumed his leadership role three years ago when he transferred from our Maryland office to our Phoenix office.

Prior to joining MediaNet Solutions, Inc., Glenn served six years as a teacher in a school located in inner-city Baltimore. In addition to his role as a teacher, he served as the school's Technology Coordinator. 		     
Amy Welch       Lead Trainer - Amy Welch

Amy Welch has been a Lead Trainer with e-IEP PRO for four years with an emphasis in data transfer capabilities. Amy has helped develop curriculum for the e-IEP PRO Certified Training Program.

Prior to working with MSI, Amy served as a special education and general education teacher in an elementary school district in the Phoenix area for nine years and has the unique perspective of both using the e-IEP PRO as a teacher and in serving as a lead trainer for MediaNet Solutions, Inc.

Amy holds a Masters in Education from Northern Arizona University where she graduated with distinction. Amy is currently certified as a highly qualified teacher in many areas of special education, regular education and holds numerous education endorsements.
